Friday’s Empowered Patient chat  (Get the #patientchat transcript here) was all about the challenges of retrieving past medical records. Several empowered patients chimed in with tips and tricks on how to go about requesting past medical records.

Questions included:

  • Has anyone had a personal experience with e-records from an EHR? Is it faster?
